clock. Here the clock is equipped with Wagner's swinging frame remontoire invented by
Bernard-Henri Wagner. The Collin company had taken over the firm of Bernard-Henri Wagner
in the 1870's. He was the uncle of Jean Wagner, both engaged and cooperated with
each other in the construction of public clocks. Jean Wagner's firm was later bought out
by
Borrel.
