Most of the arbors were corroded. These were turned on the lathe using various grades of wet-dry sandpaper and then a final run on the buffer wheel to bring up a high polish.

Various taper pins were missing. New ones were turned to replace them.

The strike barrel, arbor, and click wheel were replacements. The machining marks were left on the barrel, which did not match the original on the time side. These marks were buffed out to make both match.
