Maker, E. Dent, London, England. Model - Concorde, c. 1970's. 30"h x 14"w x 11"d.  Serial number 006 of 35 made. Harrison style, grasshopper escapement with compound pendulum; 2 second cycle, Harrison spring style 20 second style remontoire, Huygens style endless chain 7 minute remontoire for winding.

First two photos show a view of the endless chain train remontoire. Note fly fan air brake. Third and fourth photo show a view of escapement wheel spring remontoire grasshopper escapement from both sides.

Note the similarity of this five arm design with that of the Mathias Schwalbach three arm tower clock remontoire.

The remontoire daisy cam was not properly cut as received. This would cause the remontoire to be unreliable and ultimately the clock to stop. The first photo shows where the imperfections were. The arrow on the left shows where a nub was left where a a smooth valley should have been. The right side as indicated by the screwdriver tip shows another misshapen area where the curvature was not deep enough for the remontoire to reliably be released when the detent entered this part of the daisy cam recess. Next photo shows the reworked daisy cam.
